Your satisfaction matters. Because tobacco is a consumable product, returns are limited for health and safety reasons.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund.

Non-returnable items

For health and safety reasons, opened or used tobacco products cannot be returned unless they were defective on arrival.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
